How a Pallet Rack Project Runs
The project opens with a warehouse needs analysis: pallet footprints and weights, the heaviest loads you store, forklift type and capacity, clear height, and how material flows from receiving through production to shipping.
We then produce a CAD layout with zones, rows, aisle widths, beam elevations, and pallet position counts, alongside an itemized quote for frames, beams, wire decking, pallet supports, cantilever arms, and rack protection.
Heavy-duty selective racking handles staged components and tooling where access matters. Cantilever takes bar stock, tube, and sheet goods on open arms with no front column in the way. Drive-in and push back lanes compress finished-goods storage near the shipping door so trailers load faster.
After approval we order steel, coordinate delivery, and install in phases around production. Every frame is anchored, plumbed, and leveled, and every row is labeled and capacity-tagged. We come back for reconfiguration as processes change and keep component specifications on file for matching parts.
