How a Pallet Rack Project Runs
We start with a warehouse needs analysis covering pallet sizes and weights, forklift type and maximum lift height, clear height, SKU count, and pick frequency.
The design team then produces a CAD layout with rows, aisle widths, beam elevations, and a pallet position count, plus an itemized quote listing frames, beams, wire decking, pallet supports, and rack protection separately.
