Rotation drives the rest. Product with dates or lot tracking belongs in pallet flow so first in is first out automatically, while last in, first out product can sit in push back lanes without a tracking headache.

How a Pallet Rack Project Runs
We begin with a warehouse needs analysis covering pallet footprints and weights, forklift type, clear height, SKU count, pallets per SKU, throughput, and whether rotation is date driven.
The design team then produces a CAD layout showing lane depths, rows, aisle widths, beam elevations, and total pallet positions, paired with an itemized quote for frames, beams, rails, carts, wire decking, and rack protection.
Drive-in racking gives the most density when you hold many pallets of a single item. Push back stores two to six deep from one aisle while keeping several SKUs available. Pallet flow uses gravity rollers for automatic first in, first out, and selective bays cover the remaining broad-SKU picking near the dock.
After approval we order steel, coordinate delivery to your dock schedule, and manage the installation. Frames are anchored, plumbed, and leveled, rails and carts are set and tested, and every row is labeled and capacity-tagged before handover.
